Working with Brian on my recent home sale was a dream. I am long-distance from the property, yet it was easy to develop a rapport with Brian over the phone. Finding an attorney long-distance was a concern of mine, but from the first conversation, I knew Brian was the right one for me. He explained the entire process of selling a home to me, and laid out all of the out-of-pocket costs during that initial consultation. He was extremely professional, flexible, and responsive throughout the process. He took care of everything, and let me know exactly what I needed to do which helped keep me organized. The closing went off without a hitch and all expenses were in line with my expectations. I'd definitely work with Brian again in the future!
Brian Lohse was my attorney for the recent closing on my new home. He did an excellent job representing me at a very reasonable cost. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the big picture, as well as important details, to clients unfamiliar with various legal implications. He responded to my calls and questions in a timely fashion, which was important, considering the various issues and time sensitivity of my closing. Furthermore, he was undeniably a very strong advocate on my behalf, which benefitted me, and from my experience, tends to be rare in working with legal counsel. I highly recommend using him for your legal real estate needs.
Hands down Brian was the best attorney I had for years. Brian understood the issues, communicated to everybody, and wrote letters to cover the issue right away and even worked over the holidays .Finally I found an attorney that I will keep and rely on
I did some research on the internet before connecting with Brian Lohse and several other lawyers. Brian was the first to call me back and he provided consultative feedback as to the whole process and what services he would provide me for the closing fee. He stuck to his promise the whole way and I received timely communication from him and more than adequate representation. He helped to ensure that my closing closed on time, as there were many moving parts and my lender had fallen behind schedule. As a result of his management and expertise, we did close on time and he did not charge me any additional fees for the added communications leading up to closing day. I would highly recommend Brian Lohse to assist anyone in the Chicagoland area looking for a real estate attorney.
I was lucky enough to find Brian as a referral from my broker. He helped me with a power of attorney along with the closing. He was extremely patient and understanding of me. I have already referred Brian to friends that I know are selling their homes.
I am happy I went with Brian Lohse as my attorney during the buying of my home. He helped throughout the whole process - answering my questions and offering advice. What really set Brian apart was when I initially reached out to him; I was of course looking at all of my attorney options and Brian stood out as the most friendly, most willing to help, and overall seemed to care about my buying process. I am definitely recommending him to friends and family, as well as those of you thinking of working with him in the future!
I wasn't sure what was going on in my situation. This was my first time calling a lawyer, so I was nervous. I contacted Brian wondering if I needed a lawyer. He spent a couple minutes on the phone with me and gave me honest advice. I did not end up using a lawyer, but if I needed to I would recommend Brian. He was kind and professional and didn't make me feel like I was unimportant even though it was not an issue he could help with. Thank you, Brian!
Lohse law is a very professional firm. I have used Mr. Brian Lohse during my recent home sale. He was understanding and listened to my concerns. He really cares about his client. I would recommend his outstanding service to everyone.

Brian Lohse is extremely professional and knowledgeable about real estate law. He assisted me with my first home closing and was with me every step of the way. I received timely communication and he also gave me reminders for papers and receipts I needed to bring with me to the closing. Our closing ended up being delayed for about 3 hours with an error made by the lender. Brian waited patiently with me the entire three hour period and did not leave until he knew I had the house keys in hand. His fee is entirely reasonable and I will be referring him to ALL of my real estate clients (I am a licensed realtor).
Even before I hired Brian to represent me in the purchase of my Naperville condo, he gave me a lot of useful and helpful information. He paid close attention to detail and looked for ways to save me from paying certain unnecessary title charges. Great guy. I'll hire him again.
I recommend Lohse Law. The fees is flat, I got enough time to explain my need, and I got plenty of time compared to the fees that I paid. Lohse Law has wide services which make it a got source for my future needs.
